Returns and Cancellation Policy

1. Returns request will be accepted within 12 hours of goods delivery. Only, in the case of manufacturing defects or receiving wrong order (wrong size, color, quantity or material related issues) or damaged product (Physical Damage) or receiving a different product from the description given by the seller.

2. In case of Damage or Wrong Order (wrong size, color, quantity or material related issues) or damaged product (Physical Damage) we request you to send the picture of the Product for verification. You can call us 7207135351 or you can write to us at info@shiromanimart.com and WhatsApp the Image/Video of the Product: WhatsApp # 9989988214 and our team will provide the buyer with all the necessary help required with the return process.

3. Shiromani Mart’s Verification department will verify the damage product from buyer and if the product is found damage then product will be returned to seller.

4. All refunds will be initiated to the same bank account through which payment for the order was made.

5. In case of alternate payment options (Credit/Debit Card or Payment wallet etc.), bank account details provided by buyers will be used to refund money back. Bank account holder name should be same as the registered name of the customer/firm on the website.

6. In case, part(s) of shipment are returned: Cost of the item and tax levied on the returned item will be refunded.  

7. Shiromani Mart is a B2B wholesale platform and meant for business buyers only. We do not accept any end buyers to buy from our platform. All above mentioned facility like exchange / returns / refunds are strictly for business buyers only.

8. Soon the order is processed and if buyer want to cancel the order, Order will be cancelled only if the product is not delivered from the seller’s warehouse/distribution Centre and if the product is delivered from warehouse the shipping charges should be bared by buyer.
